Working Principle
Channel type feeder could be erected on the floor or suspended on the discharge opening of the storehouse. The bottom slab makes oscillating movement with a spur of 20—60 times / min and stroke of 20-200mm stroke could be appropriately adjusted by eccentric wheel of driving equipment with an eccentricity half of the stroke. According to the manufacturing practice of some concentration plant, the eccentricity of glutinous ore should not be less than 30mm. The body width of channel type feeder is about 2-2.5 times of the maximum feeding particle size. The maximum channel type feeder could meet the needs of the steel core feeding of particle size less than 500mm.
